Specific requests for a team or a coach by a parent

In the U5 through U8 divisions JKYSC will consider written requests accompanied with an explanation, to the Registrar, for the placement or not placement of a player on any particular team provided that the request is received prior to the cut date, as stated in the seasonal registration and scheduling policy. In all divisions, JKYSC will consider written requests, to the Registrar, not to be placed with a particular coach, provided it is received prior to the stated cut off date and accompanied with a reason. The cut off date varies from season to season due administrative considerations and must be checked by the requestors against the current season policy posted on the web site.

The coaches, board members and referees have the responsibility to check their e-mail or postal mail regularly and thereby be kept informed.
