This policy is to change the player to another team within the club after the player has been put on a team’s roster.
Request to Change a Team Once a Player is Already Rostered
In all divisions, once a player is placed on a particular roster, a dissatisfied player’s only option is to either finish that full season (spring and fall) on the team to which the player was assigned to or to sit out the rest of the season until the next full season. The only exception to this rule is by board review and approval, such as but not limited to, in the case of moving of coaches as necessary to cover a team left without a coach, as is often the case in our spring season. In order to request a change of team, whether a player sits out the season or finished out the season, a written request must be submitted prior to the stated cut off date on the current registration and scheduling policy, with an accompanying reason, to the Registrar.
